SHIPPING & TRACKING

Please notify that your receiving time include processing time and shipping time. Processing time may cost 1-3 working days, shipping time may cost 7-12 working days.

If you have payed an expedited shipping, please email us your expected receiving time, so we can dispatch the item in time.

Note: the shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries(especially shipping addresses outside USA or Canada), bad weather and international couriers.

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please leave your correct email box so that we could send you tracking number and website to check once your order is dispatched.

  • PO Boxes is not accepted if you choose express shipping . Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number.
  • Nondelivery caused by wrong delivery address or no rely to pickup notification sent by our customer service specialist in 3 business days and other personal reasons will not be taken by Jollyfull.com
  • Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country's facility. Especially for standard shipping, kindly allow 8-15 working days of shipment to your address, even possible " not found ". Thanks for your patience.
